Sorry, I cannot say anything positive about our experience with this user. Would give zero stars but it insists on at least one! She cancelled our booking an hour before our arrival time. We were already in the car and had to make a hasty booking with someone else (who turned out to be very kind and helpful) or we would have been stuck in London with nowhere to park for our daughters uni visiti. Not at all impressed.
