My parking space is on level six and a half of a seven level multi-story parking structure. It has 24hour access and is very well lit at night. Unfortunately it is open to the weather, however there is a steel pole that's secured through the concrete for padlocking of motorcycles/scooters.
There's 24hour monitored CCTV and access and exit to the parking is via security roller doors that can only be opened by a remote control, similar to home garage doors, so one doesn't need to get out of their car to open or exit. The roller doors automatically close behind you once you've entered and exited.
I would prefer long term bookings as I need to give you the security key personally upon your arrival. A cash deposit (£100) is also required for the key in case of loss or breakages.
