NEW YEARS DAY, there was no one around to help us get out, the machine told me that i had an extra £98.00 to pay and I could,nt get anything to work, I tried everything
then some body came through on the barrie machine and asked for ref. no. and got us out, for us it was very stress full, I would not use it again. thank you.

Very secure car park, easy to access and within perfect reach of shops and the RA. Well worth the money to save all the hassle of parking in the road on a Sunday

This is a great carpark if you want to visit Saville Row or New Bond Street. The only issue I have found is that the carpark payment machine will never accept the code from JustPark. Both times I have used the carpark I have been sitting in my car at the barrier arguing with the carpark attendants as they have not received my REF from Just Park. Other than that perfect for shopping.

I followed the instructions as per your booking procedures but had to wait 20mins at the pay station as the car park had no record of the booking number. Please confirm that i will not have to wait this long in the future or i will not be using your service again. Unacceptable - also i could have parked in that car park for £49 - I saved £1 going through JustPark - not quite sure of the benefit other than per-booking.

Very secure multi storey underground parking. Collected parking ticket on arrival (as per just parks instructions) and showed bar code on just parks parking slip to machine prior to exiting (again as per just parks instructions) however bar was repeatedly 'not recognised' by the machine resulting in me needing to contact Qpark staff directly to sort out the problem. Qpark staff were very good in solving the problem but had no record of my booking through JP which was far from ideal. Not sure who was at fault here Qpark or JP but QP staff where very helpful and we were 'released' from the car park. I would recommend this spot but at £48.00 it's not cheap and beware that you may have to run around sorting out exiting the car park due to both the bar code provided by JP and booking recognition system have failed.
