Five minute walk to either Homerton or Hackney Wick Overground for direct access to Westfield Stratford and Queen Elizabeth II Olympic Park for concerts & sporting events and access to Here East, BT Sport, Three Mills Studios.

A great location for events at the Copper Box Arena (10 minute walk) and London Stadium. Located just off a busy junction, up a quiet one way street that otherwise has parking restrictions on event days. Only downside was having to dodge the stinging nettles down the side of the space, that could do with cutting back.
