This space is part of a large front driveway, which usually has two other cars in it.
The space is the closest one to the building, on the right-hand side as you face the front door, behind a very tall pine tree.
Coming from the north, the house and driveway is on your right - look for the four wheelie bins which are each marked with a large white number "44".
Coming from the south, the house and driveway is on your left - you will not be able to see the wheelie bins painted with the number 44; instead, look out for the very tall pine tree, or for the speed camera, which is just outside the driveway.
The final point is that the location of the pin on the Google map is incorrect (as has been pointed out by a reviewer) - the location of the pin is slightly further north of where it should be. Instead of following the pin, use the junction of Bromley Road and Penerley Road as a more useful reference.

2nd time used, great space for Catford Town Centre, If coming from Bromley direction it's just before the speed camera on the left.

When you put the postcode into your sat nav it will tell you you have arrived when you reach number 24. Ignore this and continue up the road to number 44. Easy to find and the space was great - will definitely use again.

Very convenient for Catford Town Centre and cheaper than the multi storey. Parking straightforward although the Just Park app shows a picture of number 24! Easy to find using the house numbers on the bins. Good communication with the space owner.
