A very harassing experience. Mobile phone not answered after continual calls and barrier remained down. Mobile finally answered. No obvious way out of the car park onto street level. Badly signed and security doors locked.
Return to my car no better. Staff directed me to the wrong floor of the car park and I was unable to get out. I was only able to make it to the correct floor because a security guard came to my rescue and also opened the shutter for me. Awful!!!!!

The recognition camera at the carpark didn't recognise my number plate so had to go into hotel even though I had registered it on the form.
Hotel phone continuously engaged so couldn't contact them. No email address written on their website so can't email them.
Is this going to happen every time I park at this car park??

Ideal location but not always easy to access. No instructions on how to get out given by foot or in car. Concierge needs to explain fully and use the correct lift to access car park

The entrance is not monitored so I had a little trouble trying to get back to the car & had to walk down the bottom of the road to the hotel entrance to ask them to open the shutters.

The details of this parking space need to be updated. Firstly you have to go to the hotel and find someone to let you in to park and collect the car. If you go to the carpark the barrier is down and you cant get in. Also some detail on where is okay to park in this large carpark would have been helpful. I ended up parking half an hour later than my booking as it took me so long to get in!
