For some reason, the details of where the parking space was didn't print out completely. Naturally I didn't realise this until I was nearly there! I immediately phoned Nicola and she was fantastic and gave me detailed directions. I should add that before booking, she was very responsive and would always respond to emails pretty much within minutes. If I ever have need again of a parking space in Hampstead, I will definitely be in touch with Nicola.
