Space is off street and 10 second walk to Bow Road tube station (zone 2) so it is perfect for commuting and very safe. District and hammersmith lines from Bow Road. Change at Mile End for the central line. We have never had any problems here.
Police station across the road and CCTV active on site.
I own the space. I can ticket unauthorised cars parking in my space so if you have booked, ignore the warning signs about this. You will not be ticketed for parking in my space.

When we arrived the gate was padlocked. I could not contact the owner as the number given said that there was no room to leave a message. Just Park emergency number also did not respond so I was left on a Saturday evening with no where to park in London. I would say that I have used Just Park in the past and had no problems. It was just this space that didn’t work

When we arrived the gates were padlocked with two padlocks so we could not access the parking space. I rang texted and emailed Phoebe asking her to come out and unlock the padlocks for us but 24 hours later she still not replied to any of the messages. Luckily customer services at just park sorted us out another nearby space however we were on quite a tight time schedule and missed out on our lunch because of the inconvenience. I would not recommend this space as she has not updated that the spaces are now locked away and completely inaccessible.
This space needs to be removed from just parks offerings.

Great location but only really good for small cars due to it being in a tight corner and behind a gate. Although my beetle fitted in the actual space it took a lot of manoeuvring and left little room to open the doors on either side.

Read reviews about space being small so took the smaller of our two cars. Perfect size for a Hyundai I10 or equivalent. Would not want to manoeuvre anything bigger into space but could be done. Used to go to West Ham match. 20 minute walk from away end at ground. Easy to find. Would use again.

Everything about the admin, owner and price of the parking space was perfect - but the space itself is very tight and cramped. Do not book for a large car - I was very lucky the space next to me was empty and a member of public was there to help or I would never have got in and out round the secure gates. A shame as the location was perfect but I wouldnt book again as the space was so so tight for access
