Unfortunately I found the space occupied on my arrival, after having had a confirming text message from owner. The owner returned my voicemail within minutes, got the offending driver out of the space in short order and was apologetic and helpful. These things happen, but obviously it strikes to the heart of what JustPark is all about (book..turn up..park) and has to constrain the rating given

Last minute booking (the night before) and never used justpark before so didn't know what to expect. Text Juliet on the number provided after booking and she replied very promptly. Very good service from just park and Juliet very helpful would definitely recommend this space to anyone secure and on a nice street in SW16
