Could I give a lower rating? I tried contacting the person renting the parking space before I set off for London, no answer. I arrive at the parking space but will not be given access without an access card which the tenant has to supply. So I ring again, no answer. I ring just parking.com, they are now closed. I ring the additional contact number and get through to the partner of the person renting the spot, she informs me that they have stopped renting the place out months ago and that justparking.com have not stopped advertising the place despite them informing the website. Luckily she is in, their space is free and they are willing to let me park. This was not a good experience, it led to me being late for an appointment.
