Disappointing. The first JustPark spot I've used which was a total let-down. The spot was jammed with more cars than it could hold, none of them displaying the JustPark identification, and I could only squeeze in by parking partly in a flower bed as a last resort. Getting out was very difficult as there were still too many badly parked cars in the tiny spot, and this despite my having emailed the owner about my arrival difficulties. No security to speak of as the gate could not be closed owing to the jammed parking. Will avoid this one in future.

The service is great. However the only downside to it was the customer call line when I tried to call at 7:00 pm for advice, it went to answer phone stating their services run up to 8:00-20:00. Only to be returning a call in the morning. All in all satisfied with the service and will using and recommending to family/friends.
