Very secure parking space in private car park attached to apartment block beside Bethnal Green tube (Central Line, easy access to City and central London). Long rental preferred, six months minimum. For security reasons car space hirers are asked to pay a refundable deposit of £70 for a transmitter to gain access, plus a non refundable £10 for a fob. I'm offering this for rent on an ongoing monthly basis with the user paying one month in advance and with the user giving one month's notice of intention to vacate space.
