I booked the space for the second week, drove 160 mile to find a car already parked in bay 8. Not what you need at 6am in the morning after a 4hr drive. I tried to contact the lease holder and they didn't even reply. I then waited for a hour for a response and nothing. Eventually I got hold of customer services and they relocated me.. Not recommended!

It was a bad day driving into London. Heavy snow. Road signs weren't visible. Car park was on private grounds and there was nothing to say or signs showing the car park was managed by JUST PARK. I wasn't sure if I was going to clamped when I returned back. The Post code SW81UH in your Sat Nav will take on to a road in a very narrow residential area. Please confirm with support team who did answer the phone, but might not be able to give you the assurance if you feel lost. I don't blame them. It was just a bad day driving from Birmingham to London... 5.5 hours actually.

Excellent access, great for Stockwell tube - space is tight so glad I brought the Ford Focus and not the Toyota Previa!
