The space is on a housing estate, called Nightingale Estate in Lower Clapton, Hackney (opposite Hackney Downs park). The spot is very safe, in a residential section that has CCTV all over the Estate, with a camera that looks directly down Brackenfield Close. There is a community spirit there with neighbours looking out for each other, so it's a very safe environment.
The space itself is 16ft deep (5 meters approx) and 9ft wide (2.8 meters approx), so will fit larger cars / camper vans. To warn you, the turning can be slightly tight for larger vehicles, but if you take it slowly, you should be fine.
Please, when coming in, mind the wooden plant pot in front of the house. Some drivers haven't, and scratched their cars.
Hackney Downs, Clapton and Rectory Road Overground Stations are all under a 10-minute walk to reach. On Lower Clapton Road, less than a 6-minute walk, you have a multitude of buses that will take you all over London. If a tube is needed, Finsbury Park / Manor House can be reached on the 106 / 253 / 254 from Lower Clapton Road.

Five minutes walk to the new Lea Bridge Station which takes you to Stratford or Tottenham Hale in about 10 min each direction.
There is a petrol station round the corner (just a minute away) from the parking space.
Big enough for regular transit van (NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR EXTENDED WHEEL BASE OR MINIBUS-please do not book if you have this vehicle) ideally located on Monteagle Way- a quiet, residential no-through road that is also a short walk from the nightlife of Stoke Newington Church Street, Clapton Country Club, Hackney Downs Park, Nightingale GP, Rectory Road &Clapton Stations, which has direct lines to Liverpool Street and the Victoria Line. The owners are at home day and night. Please ensure you park on the actual driveway- the red brick area- and not on the path to the house- grey paving slabs. Thank you!

The space is 5 min walk from hackney central and hackney downs. Also Homerton hospital is 10 min away. *For SMALL/MEDIUM cars (i.e. Renault Clio, Vauxhall Corsa, Audia A3). Please bare in mind we need to access the garage to get our bikes so DONT PARK CLOSE TO THE DOOR.

ARSENAL Emirates Stadium, Hornsey Rd, London N7 7AJ is a 20 minutes bus ride away.
Bethnal Green Underground Station is a 15 minutes bus ride away. Hackney Central Overground Station is a 10 minutes walk away.
Dalston Junction Overground is a No. 38, 10 minutes bus ride away. The number 38, 48, 55, 106, 253, 254, 393, 425, 488 buses, run just outside the gated development. A Tesco Express as an added benefit, is just outside the gated development too.

The secure gated parking space is based in East London, E5 0QJ. Lower Clapton / Hackney is packed full of coffee shops, wine bars, restaurants, local pubs and independent shops. It's a very family friendly area, with lots of green spaces close by and lots of activities. It is a very creative neighbourhood, with lots of designers and artists living in the area who are inspired by the dynamic and multi-cultural surroundings.
Chatsworth Road is the centre of the community with lots of shops and cafes. Lower Clapton Road is hipsters street with several cafes, coffee shops, supermarkets, pubs and wine bar.

It is a 15 minute walk to the nearest Overground station - Hackney Central - which provides access to Central London / The West End / Oxford Street / Oxford Circus / Regent Street via Highbury & Islington and connect to the Victoria Line.
The 242 bus opposite the house goes to ‘Hackney Central' (direction up the hill) (10 mins / 5 stops) and this is the nearest tube / metro station.
The 242 also goes to Shoreditch and The West End (final destination is Tottenham Court Road which is good for Oxford Street / Covent Garden)
You must buy an Oyster pre-pay card to use the buses in London, or use your contactless debit cards. If you need to put more money / top-up your credit on your Oyster cards – you can go to any shops displaying the Oyster logo or at the underground or overground stations.
