The value for money was good. Nowhere on the building was the name Gladstone Court visible, or the number of the property in Upper Parliament Street, and I was not sure whether or not there was surveillance, because I could not make out any cameras surrounding the car park. For where it was, it suite us well, being not far from the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall, which was our destination in Liverpool. Overall, not a bad experience, once we were sure that we had the right place. I would use it again.

Parking space was easy to find however there is no security. I was concerned to discover that it is a communal parking area within what appears to be student/social housing flats and that having booked I am informed that the gates do not work so 'just drive in'. However, I left my car there for two days and everything was ok.
