There are several hotels within walking distance making it the optimal choice for those who don't enjoy trawling their luggage 2 miles uphill to the closest accommodation.
We also provide parking for the local events such as music/comedy gigs at the local venues such as the Echo and Empire Theatre, and provide manned security for these events.
We have manned parking all day, every day, up until closing hours.
We welcome overnight parking every night. The gates are securely locked and the parking is covered by CCTV.

Positives: secure parking lot as gates locked at night; excellent location near to docks and central shops.
Negatives: very poor customer service, especially upon arrival. The young lad made no effort to welcome us and show us where to park - spaces were a bit haphazard. When going to leave, our car was blocked in and tried to manoeuvre out for couple of minutes before a different young man came along to move the other car. All in all, everything was fine, just need a bit of customer service training for the employees. Just a smile and an hello would have been nice.

A nightmare to find, when we went to Liverpool a big event was on so majority of roads where closed off so we were unable to access the carpark at the time slot we booked and ended up parking in a different car park. We later went to the car park by foot when we finally found it the car park was full. We asked were could we park our car as we had paid £12.50 online to book our space. We were told to leave our keys and they would move our car when they had a space but at the moment it is full. Just because you pay online and book your space on this app does not guarentee a space in the car park. We wee told by the car park that in future we should just turn up and pay there rather than using this app as they have no control over it. They kindly gave us a refund. Won't be using this app again.

i could not find the parking using google maps. finally i went in another car park. so i pay for nothing.
