There was no one in the kiosk on exit and when I called the number displayed no one answered so I had to pay twice.

Spaces very small.No space for me in the reserved and luckily there was space elsewhere. Staff very helpful

Good idea with the peace of mind knowing that I have a parking space reserved when I've just travelled 60miles to visit Liverpool. However, I came back to my car with a massive scratch on the side done purposely by some jealous idiots. Doesn't help with the fact that the parking spaces are way to narrow, especially if you 4x4 parking next to each other.

I thought there was to little space for each car. The directions on the floor were poor. I fear I will not be using this car park again in the near future

Unfortunately it cost the same as standard parking, probably because I left it a little late to book, so I will overlook this for now. It was very easy to book and pay. I received text reminders which kept me up-to-date all the time. When leaving the car park, it became apparent that it was not as simple to just exit the car park through the barriers putting my ticket through the machine. I had to present my code to the kiosk receptionist, by which time, a queue of angry drivers behind me had become very impatient and started honking incessantly. Eventually the receptionist had digitally stamped my ticket as paid and I was on my way. This is an isolated incident and not JustPark's fault. The booking process and overall experience from JustPark was very good, although I still do not know how to use my free £5 as I was referred, it did not automatically apply to my booking, nor were there any perceivable options to add it to my first order. Given the above, I cannot award more than 3/5 stars. I knocked off 1 star for not being able to add the £5 credit, and the other for the angry drivers behind me whilst exiting and it taking way longer than normal for the same cost.

I booked to park here for a show at the Empire. The car park was full but cars kept queuing to get in. The sign to say it's full needs to be visible to drivers before they pull into the entrance. Otherwise a huge backlog forms as they try to reverse out. It might even be worth walking along the queuing cars to tell them the car park is full so they don't waste time trying to get in. When we got in there was no space on level 4 as per the instructions. The attendant was helpful but seemed unaware of the chaos outside. I ended up telling the public they couldn't get in...
