Dreadful
No space on level 4 as promised
No staff so ended up paying to leave which was an additional £6 on top of the £10.40 already paid
I expect a refund and an explanation

Ridiculous. No vehicle recognition. Had to wait for the attendant to validate ticket. Waste of time.

Unsure at first I was in right place as no signs or information within parking area. Nearly missed train as had to find attendant to make sure. However, great location for train and easily booked with no issues.

So easy to book and a great discount too. Only reason didn't give 5, instead of a place on the 4th level, ended up on the 12th floor, rooftop. Raining heavily when I got out of lift. No umbrella.. ! lol
However. Will always use again.

Ok but I had to park on level 12 before I could find a space. Also despite having confirmation of pre payment I still had to get a ticket and then produce it at the end before I could get out. However,very convenient for the station and a decent saving by pre paying.

Excellent parking right next to Lime Street station with a very good attendant who answered our questions and ensured everything went as smooth as clockwork. We'll definitely use this car park again
