15 mins walking to town or belgrave road. Bus stop to town on end of road. You will need to reverse park into space and park across the house. Please contact me prior to explain to park at an angle. I have an Audi A6 which is a fairly big size as you can see in picture, fits perfectly.

The space is rather on the tight side for a Ford Mondeo but the space owner is sound and helpful. Contact him before you park and he'll tell you the technique for wiggling into the space. The space to park in is perfectly fine but just be aware that there's a bit of wiggling involved. Nice walk into town past Abbey Park.
