Very close to Welford road. perfect place to park

Perfect parking for the King Power stadium.

No probs. It is very close to the KP and inside road block areas so you have to let the chaps manning the roads blocks that you need to get through. They are very obliging though. Have your booking confirmation handy though. Also roads remained closed for a while post match so be prepared to wait. Once in it's quite relaxed where you park, any of the empty bays I was told. Overall, a good experience would use again.

Turned up half an hour after the allotted time stated. Both bays had cars in them. Tried contacting owner. Didn't answer his phone. In hindsight I should have checked the reviews. A lot of complaints about over booking and not being contactable.

Owner over booked the two spaces of which he rents out, I contacted the owner to sort the issue out, I was there for told to park across the road in a different parking bay and I was told it will be okay. I come back two days later and received two parking charges of £60 each, I appealed against them and where declined. "These individuals at or adjacent to the car park are not authorised to allow motorists to park in contravention of the Terms and Conditions displayed at the car park." No permit no parking, owner did not offer one

Confusion over which bay to park in. Saw that Bay 1 was free so parked in there. On speaking with the owner, was told to park in another bay... which I then found to be occupied. Bay 1 has a protruding lock mechanism from the ground. This is fine on a level bay, but with a ramp, as this space had, this scraped the underside of my car as it is quite long and low. Overall, an uncomfortable parking experience. Don't use bay 1 if you have a low-to-the ground, long car.
