The parking space was included in my monthly rent, as I don't have a car I figured I might as well rent it out to someone who needs it. The space is located within the courtyard of my building (Roberts Wharf, Neptune Street)
You do require a parking permit to park there, so I would need to meet you at the space with the permit. If you book a long period we can arrange for you to keep hold of the permit. I work from home so I'm available most of the time :)
