Stuck in Leeds city centre with an exit code that didn't work! Pressed the button on the barrier for assistance but no one there. Couldn't find a phone number on Just Parks website either. Police not interested so after an hour forced the barrier as high as it would go while my wife inched underneath resulting in scratching the roof of my car. I mean what else was I supposed to do??? Contacted Just Park who's response was take it up with your insurance. Will never use Just Park again! Beware anyone using their services for car parks with no staff!

Dont miss the right turning, just look for the red barrier as the description mentions. Bargain parking. 5 min walk into town.
