The parking space is located inside a residential premises; FIRST SPACE ON the left behind the building going under the arch on entrance. YOU MUST PARK IN THIS FIRST SPACE AND NOT IN ANY OTHER or your car might be impounded.
There is no gate to the entrance, cars are parked at owner's risk. But generally, there's no problem, Leatherhead is extremely safe and I park my car there as well as others.
