From the above street view, where you can see the long brown brick wall to the left of the photo is the car park, turn left at the end of the long brown brick wall and turn left into Innage Close, the next left are the wrought iron gates into the driveway.
The train station is a 10 minute walk away with all major Uk network links and Leamington Spa town centre is a 7 minute walk. the car park sits within the grounds of our grade II listed house. There is also a bus stop outside our property serving many routes within the county.

Great central location. Vehicle was tucked away, well out of sight of the road in a spacious walled garden area, so felt very secure. Would really recommend if you're visiting Leamington Spa.

Struggled a little to find it, then i wasnt sure if i was in the right place, but made a quick phone call to confirm and all was well, would recomend and use again , plenty of space and was happy to leave car there , thanks

Had a bit of trouble finding it as it's not obvious at all, but Louise answered the phone straight away when I rang the number provided and explained how to find it, so all was fine. Very happy - would recommend / use again if the need arises!

A good parking spot. Just a little tricky to find if you approach as if heading into the town centre. We couldn't read the numbers clearly so had to perform a U turn just before we got into the centre. Very safe and easy to access the town and the Royal Spa centre. Thank you it meant we had a worry free day as far as time watching goes.

Thank you for babysitting my car. I'm still not really sure that I left it in the right place. The large secure gated driveway was certainly a large driveway and I did see gates but they were not attached when I was there and therefore not secure either. I had expected the description to be more accurate. My car was absolutely fine when I returned to it, so I would use this location again, especially as it was such good value.
