Single car parking space in a secure and quiet cul-de-sac estate. A very nice mixed community who keep a close eye out for one another. The space is ideally located a couple of minutes walk from Laindon station. With easy access to main highways the A123 and A13 it is ideal for someone travelling in from great distance looking to save money on expensive rail fairs and hefty car parking charges.
I dont drive however this is something I may visit in the future, however plenty of notice shall be provided.
I also have a garage which is mostly empty as i have just moved in. I could be open to using this as a more secure form of parking however this will cost extra.
I would be looking for someone who wants to commit to an on-going Mon-Fri agreement as weekends I would prefer if the space remains free for guests. I could however be open to occasional use provided i am given plenty of notice.
