Parking on Waremead Road, IG2

Great - a 4-star rating

The neighbours wall was dislodged and the space owner blamed me for this, the space owner lied to me saying my car was the last booking/only car that parked there but the neighbour who's the owner of the property/wall had said she saw a red car when she came home and the dislodged wall- I own a bronze car. The neigh our asked the space owner to fix the wall but the space owner pressured me to fix the wall, I am very unsatisfied with this space owner, please avoid parking here. He has wasted my time and money on a problem that was not mine. I parked on Friday evening and he contacted me the following Monday.. also told me he was looking into a builders quote - surely if he was not at fault then he would not be looking into a quote? something is odd and I feel as though he is trying to avoid the issue and putting the issue on others. my vehicle has no damage and the space is easy access for other vehicles therefore anyone could of done that. please avoid!

We were attending the Green Day concert at the London Stadium. This parking space on Waremead Road is very easy to get to and an excellent location for Gants Hill Station, only a 4-5 minute walk away so we could catch the tube to Stratford. I will definitely book again next time if its available. 5*
