Good amount of space , Very close to Hainault station, Less than 2 mins walk to the station. Very Much suitable for small/medium sized cars. Car length must be less than 3800mm, ie. 3.8meters.
There are 3 parking spaces , so please park at the near to the wall if you come early. so that its easy for others to park their cars. If you are booking for long term , and if you are not going to use on Saturday and Sunday , please deselect those days while booking,. Doing so it will reduce the 2 days price in a week and overall reducing 8 days price in 4 weeks.
Even for monthly booking also, If you are not going to use on Saturday and Sunday , please deselect while booking to reduce the cost.
I would suggest book weekly from monay to friday. that will reduce cost.

Easy to find just off the A12 and only a couple of minutes walk to the Tube station. Space is only good for small cars

The second week I booked this space, there was someone else in it. I rang the space owner who told me the other guy had booked this space. I had booked it for a recurring weekly booking Monday to Friday. Turns out the space owner had listed this space as two spaces when it was very clearly only one - luckily Just Park were excellent and found me another space which they paid for.
A month after this, I get a message saying he has had to cancel my booking but could I please rebook the space. I think OK, fine, only to look and see that the space has been put up by nearly £20 a month. It turns out that this man wants me to pay for the space Monday to Sunday, but only have the space Monday to FRIDAY. Why on earth would I pay for a space when I can't use it? It's now more expensive than just paying for a station car park.
