Easy access to Brighton & Hove stations & city cen

Close proximity to Sussex Cricket Ground and a good location if you want a guaranteed parking slot especially as local £5 (11hrs) parking bays can get full. No idea which parking bay to use (flats not a house) but it did not seem to matter.

Space was taken. Used he space behind which took about 20 minutes to get in as car in front was over-hanging lines of what was already a very small space. Every car in car park had dents in it which does not fill you with optimism that your car wont be struck. There was also a pot hole upon entrance of car park as deep as my wheels. However, this was easy to find and easy to get to, reasonable price and Karen did get back to me regarding my concerns.

Easy to find, no problems parking up and seems like a safe place to park. bit of a walk getting to Brighton pier but no real issues and would use again! thank you

Karen's parking was great. Only for a small car but it did what it needed to do for the weekend. First time user of just parking and I am glad we have starting using it to save a bit of money.

As other have mentioned, lines could do with repainting but the space is the 3rd parallel space, furthest away from the bins. Good location and communication from seller.

The space we paid for was being used by someone else and the homeowner was abroad on holiday and said it was out of her control and to just Park in someone else's space. Spent the entire holiday worrying about the car being towed or getting a ticket. Paid for a space that I couldn't even use.

Pleased with our experience. The description of the address and location easy to find but the parking lines need to be remarked with white paint.

I arrived to find someone else in the space. I called the owner but didn't get a reply for 3 hours after which point I had already moved my car to a much more expensive/ inconvenient space. It was also difficult to find and wasn't clearly marked. I would not recommend this space.
