The parking space was full with cars and builders rubble. Its 5am, the owner didn't respond to my messages. JustPark wont give you RUFUND, they only offer you another parking space for free but it was miles away from this one. I WILL NOT BE USING JUSTPARK AGAIN.

Great communication and safe parking space. Tricky to find initially as you must come in through another road but easy to relocate when we knew where we were going.

good seamless experience. this was first time I used Justpark and liked the fact that there is peace of mind with parking being available at busy places. Would have given 5*, but struggled upfront to find the location and couldnt reach Emma. But texted her and she quickly got back and sorted. Thereafter the parking experience was very good.

Having arrived at address given, a car was blocking driveway, rang Emma, no answer, left message then knocked on door. Eventually answered and it transpired that one of the occupants car was blocking drive. Was just about to leave on roadside permit parking which probably would've resulted in fine. Who would have paid this? If you're going to rent a parking space please have the decency to leave it free. About half hours walk to the Laines. Plenty of roadside meter parking available near the Brighton Centre in winter. Would use that in future
