Space right outside the Little Fish Market restaurant and The Old Market theatre. It’s a 5 minute walk from town and there are pubs and restaurants all around. No height restriction. Plenty of transport links within a minutes walk.

Lovely little spot, easily accessible from the A23, away from the mayhem of Brighton, yet only a short walk to town. Would thoroughly recommend, and use it again when next in Brighton.
