Absolutely shocking! We turned up and there was no room for our vehicle on the driveway. Called the number provided and no answer, knocked the front door and a woman answered to say she was house sitting and didn’t get involved in parking. I had my children in the car and am disgusted that I was able to book a parking space that was not available. I have emailed Just Park for a refund and am still awaiting a reply... what a joke!!!
