Fab parking space. James was great, really felt at ease leaving our car with him and we spoke to him a couple of times during our stay and he was very friendly and helpful. Would defo use again.

Great location for seafront and perfect for access to bothHove and Brighton centre. It is on an incline so you need to be good with your handbrake! Also wouldn't suit an estate car. I have a Nissan Qashqui which just about fitted with a bit of overhang onto the pavement. Will definitely use again as close to where friends live.

No problem at all. Parked on Monday, collected Thursday - no issues. Only comment is that the drive is on a steepish downward slope so you need to be comfortable with parking on an incline. I have a Golf and not that much clearance front and back so bigger cars may have an issue. 20 min walk from Metropole along seafront.

The driveway is on a bit of an incline. It was absolutely fine but if you're a very nervous driver you might not like it. Perfect spot though, exactly what I needed. Very close to the sea front. Massive thumbs up. Thank you.
