We are also 15/20 min walk to Horley Station which is on Main Victoria/Brighton line.

Excellent - a 5-star experience

The owner was proactively informing me on the roadworks and the side where they want me to park the car.
When we arrived they met us and asked if we can leave them the car keys to let them to resolve the unexpected issue with overbooking, proposing to drive us to the airport and meet us later in return.
We did not agree and they were ok with that, asked to park the car closer to the house.
No other issues noticed.

Great spot and a 35 minute walk. Horley train station is 15 minutes away but you have then the train journey and monorail from the South Terminal to the North so don't knock walking to the North Terminal if thats your destination. I would do it again if the forecast was dry and I had a google maps active (you'd never find your way there without this).

Location was great. Perfect when travelling via Gatwick.
The owner was so accommodating The and helpful. We had to extend due our flight being delayed and they were so helpful and reassuring. He also gave us tips on cheaper ways to get to the airport next time as we just got a taxi this time. Will definitely book again.
