I've parked here a few times. The only issue is that taxis find it hard to find.

Positives: price (£56 for two weeks at Easter) is a significant positive. Then it's around £20 each way in a taxi. Negatives: - parking on arrival can be a bit confusing as its a large house with multiple dwellings - some of which have their own parking space on the gravel. However, there aren't clearly designated so you do need advice where to park on arrival. - If you need to park on the grass when its rained you may have difficulty as other users have commented it can be very muddy if its rained. (we came very close to getting stuck in mud) - if you park on gravel under trees then the local birds make a mess of your car. In the end it worked out fine, however I'd be reluctant to book here again due to potential for things to go wrong (as comments in other reviews - mud/mess on car/potential for double parking).

My experience was very good

The parking was in middle of the mud , it took me more than two hours to pull it from the mud

Space owner was great and helpful. however there were issues with wet weather and it took two hours to get out of a muddy patch. Could be worth investing in rubber tracks or similar to prevent such situation.

Car was safe and good price for the area. Tough to walk to Gatwick - the route is unclear and google maps wrong - and getting a cab was challenging. But if you leave enough time to manage this I would recommend.

Parked on the grass area as requested, space left was partially under the trees so car was a little dirty on return from holiday due to sap and bits of twig's.

The space is on the garden, so if it rains enough you will need towing out, it's covered by over groan trees which leave your car very dirty from debris falling off the trees, apart from that I felt safe leaving it there, but not comfortable, next time I will completely cover the car,
