I was very disappointed as I drove all the way from Oxford to High Wycombe and I booked this driveway in advance, firstly it was very hard to find the address, secondly there was a car already parked in the driveway and there was no other space. I tried contacting the owner but she wouldn't pick up so I called the help line and they wouldn't pick up either. So I spent ages looking for other parking which was very expensive.
