The parking has CCTV on the side and front of the building and lighting if collecting the vehicle in the evening. The parking space is located very close to Heathrow Airport and with a short 2-minute walk there are buses running regularly on average every 5 to 10 mins to all the Heathrow terminals and to Hayes and Harlington railway station which runs to London and to Reading. Didn't contact me and couldn't contact them as no answer on mobile. They didnt know I'd booked so no one there to deal with it. Called a Taxi to Heathrow so 17 pounds each way extra.
