we arrived at the parking spot at 7:30AM and there was no space to park. Called the owner and he did not answer the phone. After banging the door for 10 mins the tenant in the property woke up and he moved his car and made space for my car to park. It appears that the landlord is renting the parking space without the knowledge of the tenant. The tenant was told that i was landlords relative and i will park for a couple of days. Then I had to show him the parking receipt. On my return i found my car was blocked by rubbish bags 8-10 of them. So i had to remove them before i could take my car out. I would not recommend anyone to use this parking space and i would most definitely not.

Hi Ravi,
I booked a parking space for last Friday afternoon on your drive, but when we arrived a car was parked already. This wasn't a problem as there were plenty of spaces on the road nearby so I didn't bother to ring the bell.
