Helpful owner, easy to find with sat nav and very secure. Suitable for small cars only. Could do with more information about how to get to the terminals via public transport.

Jo was friendly and helpful. There were paint cans in the garage and we scratched out car on it. The garage was very small.

Thanks for the parking place. It's a good option to keep a small car there if it's not a luxury car. We have a Corsa, so the place was just perfect. £5-7 the taxi to terminal 2.

Secure parking this is not. It is off road parking - not a nice nice smooth patch of tarmac even, but we had absolutely no issues at all. The parking was exactly as described, very accessible for Heathrow. The parking is directly opposite the purple parking carpark (who until seeing this - is where we intended to park). There are loads of busses which go from Harlington Corner free of charge, or you can pay a couple of pounds for the 105 and 111 which go almost to the car (certainly as close as you get in an official park and ride car park). We opted for the free bus, total time from parking the car to checking in terminal 2 was 30 mins - which is the same amount of time as purple parking quote for their transfer! The free buses are considerably more frequent than once every ten mins. When we returned at 10.30pm we had just missed one, didn't realise in time that the one at the bus stop (no 140) went to Harlington Corner so didn't get on it, and so waited about 6 mins for the next bus. The one behind that was already at the stop before our bus left! Comparing this to our recent experience at Stansted in the official airport carpark where we had to wait almost 20 mins for a bus in a huge queue this is excellent. Absolutely no issues and a huge saving over official parking. Thanks very much. Will certainly use in future - assuming the price doesn't go up much.
