My refund wasn’t given despite not using parking space. I wasn’t from Birmingham and whilst googling I say this just park. Com site. I typed in moor street as I wanted to park close to area. It appeared to me the parking spot was much closer. Within minutes of booking we were driving to area and had to turn back...it simply was too far. It’s unfortunate I didn’t get a refund as I clearly didn’t use space. It is what it is: it’s in line with their policy but I can’t see if I’ve not used space and booked and cancelled before start of parking why I couldn’t get a refund. I wouldn’t recommend
Service. There are Car parks in the city centre . I paid £5 for 24hrs in an ncp car park. All learning though for me but be warned
