Excellent value and helpful, friendly owner. Taxi to and from Tilbury cost £30 return, so the overal cost was half that if we'd parked at the docks.

Need to reverse into gap from the road or you can't open the driver's door.
It is tight against a neighbour's windows but it is not a problem.
It is a very safe location in a nice area and Jason the owner is a very nice person.
Ten minute easy walk to nearest train station to Tilbury or London .

Great location for Cruising from Tilbury. Taxi was £17 each way and was 15 minutes ride, making it much cheaper than parking at the port. Space easy to find and park in. Will book again.
