Parking on Wharf, DA11

I used this parking space for a cruise from Tilbury. It was less than half the price Cruise and Maritime wanted to charge. Philip was a pleasure to deal with and couldn't have been more helpful and hospitable. He took my wife and I upstairs to his apartment for a drink and to view our ship and take photos. The parking space is right by the ferry, but Philip still helped us the short distance with our luggage. At Tilbury we walked the short distance to our ship, but others might have wanted to call a taxi from the terminal entrance. Our return was equally easy with Philip ready to meet us. We were away for over six weeks and our car battery was flat, but a guy from a nearby charity shop got us started as I'd taken the precaution of having jump leads in the car. I never knew your name but thank you very much. To Philip and our unknown helper, a very big thank you.

An excellent parking facility, just yards from the ferry which takes you across right next to the Cruise & Maritime berth. The parking is undercover with good security - and another big plus - the owner is a perfect gentleman and a pleasure to meet.
