Hi Melanie,
We had booked and paid for the space for today - unfortunately when Heather arrived this morning, there was a little red car parked in the space. As Heather was unable to use the space we had booked and paid for, she had to go elsewhere at short notice.
Unfortunately as this is the second time this has happened, with the same car blocking the space, if this happens again, we will be forced to cancel the future bookings and find an alternative space.
Please organise a refund of our day's parking for today.
