Big problem with this booking. When I arrived back at the space the gate was locked the code given in my booking, 6605, would not work!! Only helped when someone else came who had correct code, I could not get my car out. If code is changed should those who have booked not be informed?

Firstly, thank you very much for providing parking space on your property. It was very convenient for both the town centre and the rugby ground. It was not clear that it was the right place at first, and the guy working there wasn't sure which threw us a bit. However a lady in a nearby shop put us straight so all was OK. We had a great day, my team won!

I was very happy with the parking spot however when you book there needs to be more description of where the actual parking spot is as the postcode with sat navigation will bring you to the destination but if there is rows of businesses and shops you have no idea which one has the car park. The owner did get back to me very quickly in response to where i was going and its a great parking spot 3 walk into the town so was very happy.
