So the process of booking the parking space was easy and I found the space no problem. The issue was that the son of the family whose driveway I had booked to park on knew nothing about it and so he quite rightly so questioned me about what I was doing on his driveway. I showed him the booking on the app and he confirmed I had the right address. So either his parents hadn’t told him that they’d signed up to the JustPark app or someone else had used their address and was making money from it. Would love to know which one it was as the experience has made me cautious about booking a parking spot on someone’s drive again
