Good communication until I got to pay at the parking office. They had no record of the booking and the Just Park ref number meant nothing on their system. After several internal phone calls, photocopying of my documents, the poor guy apologised, I waited 20 min to get this resolved. Otherwise great... really.

The only blip was trying to depart. The Qpark staff member couldn't open the barrier to allow us to exit. I had to locate a staff member to open the barrier. This took about 15 minutes to execute
