Didn't answer his phone on the morning I arrived leaving me with no option but to leave the car in a multistory car park, costing me £125 instead of £25. Then sent a text apologising, giving no explanation. Made the beginning of my holiday very stressful and expensive, and nearly made us miss our ferry.
