not very good, arrived at exit to Gatwick to be met with a request for £170 to pay for parking. Contacted Gatwick parking who had no knowledge of our booking. Fortunately we had taken receipts and confirmation from Just Park with us and the lady on the desk let us out. She informed us that this same thing had happened not 15 minutes before and that person had not been able to produce any evidence to say she had paid so had to pay the required fee to exit the car park. Will think twice about using Just Park again, unwanted hassle at the end of a holiday.

The app is perfect way to find nice and convenient deal in parking spots even for short stay or for long stay parking !!!! The only issue is why just park don't send the payment confirmation to car parking ( in my case gatwick south terminal ) before I exit I had to pop in customer services to validate my ticket. Is simply thing to due and customers going to be very happy !!!!

Nothing wrong with the parking element - it was the official long stay car park after all. however when we left the barrier asked us to pay £275. This was quickly resolved by the attendant on duty who said that this has happened on numerous occasions because they are not being sent the bookings by JustPark. I have no idea if that is an accurate comment or not but I was worried initially that we would have to pay. Make sure you have evidence of your booking in some format just in case.

They didn't recognize our booking ID, we had to have a lengthy discussion in the office with a member of staff to get our car released

Just Park is NOT currently on the official Gatwick parking system, so my car was not recognised on entry, had to go to office, booking number not recognised either. They let me through with a warning not to use Just Park again!

Good parking but aph is quite confusing in the service: instructions are imprecise an costed me delays and diacussions with personnel. Also, i could not easily extend, creating confusion.

Easy to find and get in the car park. The machine was supposed to read our car registration number and let us out when we leave. Had to go to the customer services to get this cleared up. It was s little inconvenience. Other the that it was really good and easy parking. Shuttles run very often and quickly. Easy transfers to and back to the airport.

Lot of inconvenience and hassle at gate when leaving because Despite many phone calls assurances on the phone prior , my details weren't sent to the booking office such as booking ref etc. Only managed to get out after showing paperwork and receipt which I luckily had.

Easy, straightforward. The only alarming thing was when we put our ticket in the machine to exit and it said there was an outstanding amount of £140! Customer services sorted it out though and we didn't need to pay anything extra to what we'd already paid.
