It's not at the airport as stated. Guy tried to charge me £15 extra because he said its showing up you only paid until 9.30am, looking at confirmation it was 9.30pm. He was abit rude about it. Tram can be taken from airport which takes around 20-25mins.

I booked my leaving time as 4pm and when I left at 4.01pm I was charged £15 extra. The assistance told me this was because I had booked a leaving time of 4am. On return home I discovered I had booked a time of 4pm. I will be contacting you tomorrow for an explanation and a refund of the £15. It was very embarrassing having people behind me waiting to leave....

The system operated quite smoothly in the sense that it was easy to park, and then collect the car on the return journey. However, I think it should be made more clear that the car park is NOT on the site of the airport, and is actually about a 5 minute bus journey away. Considering I paid the same as I normally would for valet parking, this service therefore doesn't represent good value for money for me. I understand that some people value being able to park the car themselves, and if that is the case for you, then that's fine. Also, the directions I received with regard to dropping off and collecting the car were full of errors to begin with. The customer service representative from JP did correct them.very quickly, however. Would I use this service again? Personally, no.
