Space is at the back of garage/car sales with CCTV. Very convenient for St James Park. 2 min walk. Excellent

The owner (presumably) was really forceful about driving my car out himself after blocking my car in, when I said no, he was walking around my car still trying to tell me that he'd do it. I then proceeded to turn the car off, and wouldn't move it until he left me alone. he then got into his car, and I did the maneuver out of my space, which was incredibly tight. the owner then accelerates his car backwards really angrily towards my car as if to scare me. the guy has horrendous manners and the parking place is unlit and pretty dodgy. no signs up as to where to park. plus, you may as well park in the university of Exeter car park which is £3 a day, which is way cheaper than the £30 I spent here for 4 days.

Perfect for Exeter City FC, two minute walk to the ground and 10 minute walk to town centre for food, pubs etc. Parking at rear of building and a bit tight.

A good location. It’s a little bit tight if you have a really big car.

Easy to find, parking was at the back of a garage. Parking a little tight, but a member of staff kindly reversed my car out for me as a little tricky with other cars parked around.

Easy to find and friendly chap in garage directed me to safe and secure place to rear. About 15 minutes walk to University which is a parking nightmare zone so well worth avoiding the hassle.

Easy to find, easy to park, one less thing to worry about on a busy day.
