Good parking space, easy to find, easy access. Very convenient 10-minute walk through to University (we were down for an open day), and I think good access down to the city.

Excellent location which is just 6 minutes cycle ride from the Exeter St David's station. I am sure it will be a quick walk too. The actual parking space is private and easy to access. Would most definitely use this again.

So convenient. Not difficult to find (with sat nav) and just 5 minutes to Exeter St Davids train station. Was very safe leaving the vehicle - right under a street light and opposite a row of lovely town houses. Was given directions of how to get to the train station by the lady of the house who was only too pleased to help. Will definitely use this again for any festivals to Powderham Castle. Trains ran every 15 minutes and no queing!! Thank you.

Nice big spaces ample room for our 2 cars, no worries about getting it knocked as you do in public car parks. More like a 20 minute walk to Exeter university main halls. On the day we parked the heavens had opened up and one of Steve's neighbours (blue Land Rover) was kind enough to drive us to the university. Steve can you say a big thank you to your neighbour without his kindness we may have missed my daughters graduation and would have certainly have arrived like drowned rats.

It was brilliant. The owner met us on arrival and showed us exactly where to park. There was plenty of room and easy to get into the space. The car was near to his house so I felt safe leaving it there.
